Conference Performance Application

In January 2025, the Indiana Music Education Association will hold its annual state conference. We invite and encourage IMEA members to submit applications for ensembles to perform at the conference.

You will need to upload your application recordings as part of this online application. Below are the requirements and guidelines you will need to follow in order to be considered. Please be sure to review them carefully BEFORE you continue with the application.

Below you will find the online performance application form for the 2025 Indiana Music Education Association Professional Development Conference. While you may not know some of the specific information requested, please be sure to complete as many fields as possible of the form. You will have the opportunity to fill out the rest of the information in the future should you be accepted. Instructions on how to send in your application recordings will be given at the end of this online form. Please fill out the fields as you would want them listed in our conference program.
